my journey day 1

Well today is the first day of my nutrition class at SWIHA. I have to keep a food journal. Thats going to be fun, but I'll do my best to keep up with it for a week. Everything I read today was really interesting. I am so thankful that I took anatomy and pathology with my massage classes at ASMT. It has helped me understand what I am reading.
Tomorrow or Wednesday I'm going to take a picture of me surrounded by the food I eat, thats part of my assignment for this week.
